Do Actions Always Speak Louder Than Words?
*Sorry if I’m rambling…but it’s been on my mind and I’ve had some alcohol in my system.*
We all know the saying “actions speak louder that words”. And I’ve been in relationships where I waited for the actions to catch up to the words, yet the words just happened to be nothing but words and the actions never led me to believe otherwise. Now the tables have turned. While actions are showing me one thing, the words have yet to be said. And to be honest, no words have been said. I’m starting to believe there has to be some type of balance. A balance between the actions that are being done and the words that are or need to be said. I’m not asking for the three little words, but more of an understanding of one’s feelings. How is it that you have someone by your side but at times, you still feel alone?

Entourage Season 7 Trailer
I first got introduced to Entourage when my brother decided to buy me the first two seasons for Christmas. After that I was hooked. BUT…I don’t have HBO and I don’t like watching stuff online. So I only watch the seasons when it comes out on DVD. I just bought season 6 on Tuesday and I already watched the whole season twice. Of course I’m looking forward to season 7…so I may just have to find some way to watch it.
I don’t know why but season 7 seems so DRAMATIC. I guess they had to change it up a bit. Stay tuned for the new season that starts on June 27th!
North Beach Festival
One thing about living in San Francisco is that there’s always something going on during the weekends! This year we’ve already had the Union Street fair, Haight Street fair, Crawfish festival and now it’s time for the North Beach Festival! Finals are coming up and for some reason this month has been packed. I have something goin on almost every weekend and lately I’ve been working OT at work. Hopefully I can get past these next two weeks!

One Night in Sin City
After all the MADE events Saturday, we woke up (some still slightly drunk) the next morning to catch a 9am flight. We had to return the car rental and head to the airport. The rest of the Made ladies were heading back to the Bay Area while I was catching a flight to Vegas to meet some friends for a bachelorette party. With four hours of sleep I thought I’d be assed out on the plane ride over. But no, I think I was more excited to be in Vegas with the ladies!
I headed over to the Planet Hollywood towers to meet the girls. First thing we did was hit the pool and then grabbed some grub. After that we headed over to Massage Nirvana for a massage. Best believe I fell asleep on the massage table! We headed back to the strip where we went over to Caesers for a snack at Serendipity. We tried the famous frozen hot chocolate and it was pretty good. And of course we had to go shopping.
We had plans to eat dinner that night after we got ready, but that didn’t happen and we went straight to the drinking! A friend of mine put us on the guest list to Vanity in the Hard Rock so we headed over there to party. Pretty good crowd on a Sunday night! Of course I couldn’t post all the pictures, but here’s a lil taste of the fun night.
MADE Jewelry Events Recap!
Another day of my crazy weekend:
Saturday morning I flew down to San Diego with some of the MADE ladies for the MADE Jewelry events.
We hit up three events that day, starting with an in-store event at Mimi & Red. After that we headed out to the MAV Foundation fashion show followed by Classified at The Confidential. I was only there for less than 24 hours but I had an awesome time! Thanks to everyone who came out and supported!
